Cynthia Clayton, originally from the Boston area, is certified in color analysis and is a former makeup artist trainer for a private label cosmetics company.  She created From This Day Forward in 1999 when approached by a salon owner to help with her brides.  The business has been mainly word of mouth, which is always the most flattering form of referral.  

Cynthia is on the preferred vendor list with many Maine resorts, inns, hotels, salons, wedding planners, photographers, and most importantly...many happy wedding parties!  Her work has been featured in People, Womens Day, Extra TV, Oprah, Real Maine Weddings magazine, Maine Wed, TV commercials, brochures and advertising.
